Internal Affairs Information Sheet / Complaint Forms (11 Languages)

Completed Internal Affairs complaint forms can submitted to the Longport Police Department by emailing the Internal Affairs Unit:  Sgt Ray Burgan ([email protected]) or Sgt Nicholas Rettino ([email protected]).  These forms can also be faxed at 609-822-0682, hand delivered, or mail to the Longport Police Department at 2305 Atlantic Ave, Longport, NJ 08403.
